Students AND their parents will learn conversational American Sign Language. Families will be able to use the signs learned in class to communicate at home and teach other family members. Deaf culture, sentence structure and syntax will be taught. Assigments will be given to complete as a family.

Practicing at home with other family members will increase retention and is essential for learning a second language.

** Students are only permitted in class accompanied by one or both parents to learn with them.
